This pad works super well for me. My Neotec 3 helmet challenge was that the inside top vent grooves touch my head. I did not like the feel of the vent grooves touching the top of my head. This perfect fitted pad can insert into the upper portion of the top head liner of the helmet. It provided a comfortable fit between the helmet vent grooves inside. The result is that the Neotec 3 helmet is now much more comfortable for an all day riding wear. I’m glad there is a product like this. I’m happy that I bought it and use it all the time now.
