The number on the cheek pad set is the thickness in millimeters. Thinner cheek pads can be applied to loosen the fit, thicker cheek pads can be applied to tighten the fit. All sizes of cheek pads will fit any size Neotec Helmet. Not compatible with the Shoei Neotec II Helmet.
