This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our websites, mobile apps, and other online products and services (collectively, the Services), including HelmetHouse.com, Tourmaster.com, Cortech.net, and RideNoru.com, or when you otherwise interact with us. This policy does not apply to products or services with separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.

If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). Helmet House is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing, transfer and storage of information in and to the U.S. and other countries, where you may not have the same rights and protections as you do under local law. 

Your Choices 

California "Shine the Light" Disclosure 

As described above, we may share information with third parties with whom we sponsor events if you consent to such disclosure. 

California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. Under the law, a business must either provide this information or permit California residents to opt in to, or opt out of, this type of sharing. We qualify for this alternative option by only sharing information when you have opted in to such sharing.

California Privacy Rights
