Helmet House guarantees the "Apparel" and "Luggage" (hereinafter the "product(s)"), accompanied by proof of purchase, against manufacturing defects and faulty materials. This does not affect your statutory rights with the dealer where you purchased the products.
The Helmet House warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from date of purchase for Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru products. The Helmet House warranty is valid for 1 (one) year from date of purchase for Synergy products.
Activating the warranty:
In order to activate the standard warranty, please fill out the product registration form with the required information within 30 days of purchasing your product.
Coverage and exclusions:
The Helmet House warranty covers any type of manufacturing defect or faulty materials used to manufacture the product. Any failure of the product to satisfy your expectations, however caused, may not be considered as a defect for purposes of this warranty. The warranty does not cover damages deriving from: improper use, normal wear and tear, tampering, improper maintenance of the garment, negligence or lack of care, damage caused by falling and/or accidents (i.e. alterations due to external causes), any repairs performed by unauthorized persons, damages caused by other factors/actions beyond the control of Cortech, Tourmaster, and Noru subjective assessments of the user such as comfort and wear-ability, damage caused by prolonged exposure to sources of light and/or heat.
The standard warranty is limited to products purchased from “authorized” Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru dealers in the United States. The warranty does not cover products you may have purchased online from websites which are in a foreign country (except for purchases on helmethouse.com).
How to use the warranty:
Warranties are administered through our dealer network. Please contact the original dealer where the product was purchased or contact Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru directly to process the warranty claim. If you purchased your product through Amazon, please contact us directly so we can process your warranty. Do not send your item back to Amazon.
Non-Warranty Returns and Refunds
Requests for returns, exchanges and refunds are handled through the dealer/retailer where the item was originally purchased. Unless you purchased your item directly from Helmet House, please contact the original seller for non-warranty returns and refunds. This includes Amazon purchases where all post sales transactions are handled directly on amazon.com.

*** Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru reserves the right to check whether the claimed defect exists and to repair or replace the product only after it has performed this check. If no manufacturing defect or faulty materials are found after this check, Helmet House reserves the right to charge the customer for the costs of the check and repair and for the relative shipment costs. If Helmet House is unable to repair or replace the product or any parts thereof, it will make you an offer, taking thFe age of the product into account, for replacement of the product with another identical one or with an equivalent model.
**** Information and authorization for processing of personal data: In accepting the Helmet House warranty, you will be asked to consent to “processing” and “communication” of your personal data, collected by Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru (arts. 11, 23 and 24 of Legislative Decree 196/2003), insofar as necessary, for the purposes and to the parties indicated in this information. The data you provide will be used with the support of paper, electronic and/or automated mediums, by Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru to register the user, supply the services requested and activate an information service for you, and also: a) to profile your purchasing preferences and habits; b) for loyalty initiatives; c) for sending, including via e-mail, of information, commercial and advertising material on new Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru products and services; d) to check the level of customer satisfaction with products and services; e) to satisfy any legal and contractual obligations connected with the services you request. The data may be communicated to other companies in the Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru group, to stores selling Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru products, and to other natural and legal people responsible for management of services, for similar processing with the same purposes. Providing the data and consent for processing for these purposes is optional and any failure to provide the data and/or consent will make it impossible for Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru to perform processing for the above purposes.Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30-6-2003, you may have access to your personal data at any moment and ask for it to be revised, changed, supplemented, and deleted, and you are always entitled to oppose said processing at any moment, for justified reasons, by writing to the data processing manager at Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru.
