The Rally Pack is a compact, 100% waterproof rear fender pack designed for rally and adventure riders. With a 2.5L capacity, it’s ideal for carrying small tools, dry gloves, or essential safety gear while keeping them secure and dry. Built from rugged 1000D Cordura®, it’s designed to withstand tough riding conditions. The pack includes innovative flush-mounted alloy fasteners for a secure and streamlined fit, preventing interference with your gear. Simple to install using the provided drilling guide, the Rally Pack is a must-have for riders who need reliable, weatherproof storage on the go. 

Fitting Instructions:

1. Remove the white liner and take the Rally Pack out of the packaging.
2. Use the included packaging as a drilling guide and align it on the rear fender.
3. Drill four 6mm holes where marked.
4. Insert the alloy/stainless fasteners with nylon washers, ensuring the threaded fastener sits below the surface.
5. Tighten counterclockwise and apply thread lock.
6. Allow 24 hours for the thread lock to set before use.
