All SHOEI, Sidi, Cortech, NORU and Tourmaster products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects or faulty materials used to manufacture the product. The warranty does not cover damages from improper use, normal wear and tear, tampering, improper maintenance of the product or crash damage.

Guarantee Duration:

All SHOEI products: 5 years from date of purchase - SHOEI Warranty Policy
All Sidi products: 1 year from date of purchase - Sidi Warranty Policy
All NORU products: 2 years from date of purchase
All Cortech & Tourmaster products: 4 years from date of purchase

SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

Please review the eligibility criteria to ensure your item qualifies for a claim:

• Authorized Purchase: The item was purchased from an authorized dealer within the United States.
• Time Frame: The claim is being submitted within the warranty period from the purchase date.
• Manufacturing Defects: This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. Damage due to crashes, accidents, negligence, misuse, corrosion, incorrect installation, improperly performed repairs, use of incompatible spare parts or components, unapproved modifications or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.
• Photos: Upload photos of the product defect.
• Registration Number: You must have a registered warranty number. If you haven’t registered your product yet, please do so here: Register Your Product.
• Review: Helmet House will contact you regarding warranty approval and shipping instructions, if appropriate.
