Helmet House is the leading U.S. distributor of helmets and apparel in the Motorcycle and Powersports industry. We are in search of full-time or part-time remote Inside Sales Representatives who will be responsible for new dealer development, new product placement, and sales of motorcycle helmets, riding apparel and accessories to motorcycle dealerships nationwide.

Our Company was founded in 1969 and has its headquarters and a distribution center in Calabasas Hills, CA along with an eastern distribution point in Southaven, MS. Our digital marketing team is located in Lake Oswego, OR. For decades Helmet House has supplied Powersports Dealers across the U.S. with two of the world’s top helmet brands; SHOEI and HJC. Helmet House is also the manufacturer and distributor of Tourmaster, Cortech, NORU, Sidi, Cardo, and 100% motorcycle riding gear, and Alpinestars Riding Gear. With a market-leading sales team located across the country, along with the addition of new brands, Helmet House is on the move and plans to grow significantly over the next five years. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a winning attitude.  This position will be responsible for establishing, building, and managing sales relationships via the telephone with Motorcycle dealerships nation-wide, offering some of the top brands in the industry. Must have attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Create and promote sales growth in existing accounts
  • Log 5-6 hours per day on the phone
  • Prospecting
  • Interact and work with multiple departments within the company
  • Hit sales targets
  • Track orders
  • Previous proven experience with telephone sales
  • Previous experience in the motorcycle industry
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft 365 environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a positive and friendly attitude
