Helmet House is the leading U.S. distributor of helmets and apparel in the Motorcycle and Powersports industry. We are searching for an Inventory Allocator to join our Merchandising Team.

Helmet House is the exclusive US supplier for SHOEI Helmets, Sidi boots and Fasthouse, while also distributing Alpines-tars, 100%, Molecule, Pinlock, Cardo, Quad Lock and Sena to motorcycle dealerships in the United States. The Tourmaster, Cortech, and NORU motorcycle apparel brands are manufactured and marketed directly by Helmet House. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate is a passionate motorcycle enthusiast who is a quick learner, self-starter, troubleshooter, and problem solver with a positive attitude. You must have attention to detail, be able to think proactively, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in wholesale distribution in the motorcycle/powersports industry is preferred. This is a full-time office position at the Calabasas Hills, CA headquarters.
This position is responsible for the execution of allocation strategies based on the merchandise assortment and inventory strategy.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the timely allocation of product.
- Executes the allocation strategy from assortment review
- Ensure the planned inventory levels and maintained
- Replenishment of inventory
- Implement and maintain system and procedures to improve allocation efficiency
- Create sound decisions utilizing all resources including systems
- Identify risks/opportunities and propose solutions
- Create and maintain strong partnerships
- Work closely with Sales Reps on dealer inventory management
EXPERIENCE
- Previous Retail or Allocations experience preferred
SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines and remain flexible
