My size 12 that I ordered was a full size too small, and Helmet House and everyone else is out of stock of the size 13. This is the fist pair of shoes to not fit me in 40 years of being a size 12, so yeah, it's the shoe sizing as applied by Helmet House that is to blame. I'll donate this pair to the thrift store; it is of no use to me.
