CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Helmet House, one of the power sports industry’s leading helmet and apparel distributors, is in search of a Customer Service Representative to work in our Calabasas Hills, CA location.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Heavy call volume
- Order entry
- E-mail correspondence
- Problem solving
- Sales and clerical support
We are looking for a quick learner, self-starter, troubleshooter, and problem solver with a positive attitude. Must have attention to detail, be able to think proactively to anticipate the customer’s needs, have exceptional organization skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to type at least 40-wpm and operate 10-key
- Must be available Full Time , from 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday
- Some customer service experience in retail, wholesale distribution, hotel, or call center preferred.
- Credit Card P.O.S., and exporting experience is a plus
