CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Helmet House, one of the power sports industry’s leading helmet and apparel distributors, is in search of a Customer Service Representative to work in our Calabasas Hills, CA location.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Heavy call volume
  • Order entry
  • E-mail correspondence
  • Problem solving
  • Sales and clerical support

We are looking for a quick learner, self-starter, troubleshooter, and problem solver with a positive attitude. Must have attention to detail, be able to think proactively to anticipate the customer’s needs, have exceptional organization skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to type at least 40-wpm and operate 10-key
  • Must be available Full Time , from 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday
  • Some customer service experience in retail, wholesale distribution, hotel, or call center preferred.
  • Credit Card P.O.S., and exporting experience is a plus
